Her background spans real estate operations, client service, marketing, administrative support, and basic accounting, giving her a broad understanding of the systems, workflows, and behind-the-scenes support that keep a real estate business moving.
As Co-Founder and Director of Client Services, Elysa focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding how each agent's business operates, and helping ensure the support we provide fits their needs and existing workflows.
Elysa lives in Indiana and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and time with her family and pets.

Kris brings more than 12 years of experience as a real estate agent, along with more than 10 years providing remote administrative and marketing support to real estate professionals.
Her background on both the sales and support sides of the industry gives her a practical understanding of the demands agents face - from serving clients and managing transactions to staying visible, building effective systems, and keeping the backend of a growing real estate business organized.
As Co-Founder and Director of Operations and Marketing, Kris focuses on developing and refining the systems, workflows, and marketing strategies that help our team work efficiently and provide consistent, effective support to the agents and businesses we serve.
Kris lives in New York and enjoys spending time with family and pets, reading, watching hockey, and traveling.

Lisa lives in Kentucky and is a mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her family.
